Youth Institute in the school year. In the school year Youth Institute (YI) runs as an after school program from 3-6pm every school day. Teen can come and go, get help with homework, learn new tech & art skills, learn how to print T-shirts, earn points to buy cool stuff, or maybe just make a fun movie with friends! Teens (with appropriate training) have access to YI equipment (DSLR Cameras, screen printers, lights, sound equipment etc.) to make digital and physical art of all kinds! Want to get started? START HERE. This camp is for teens who love the outdoors! This is a one weeklong overnight camp. Hiking, outdoor games, swimming or fishing, sleeping outside, campfire cooked meals, if you love the outdoors, this camp is for you!.

Start Here: This two-week crash course will take teens through the basics of the entire filmmaking process by making their own short film with their group. A great hands-on learning environment where teens can work together with others who share their interest in film.

INTERMEDIATE. For teens who have completed their first summer and are returning for their 2nd Summer at YI.

ADVANCED. For teens who have completed their 2nd summer at YI and wish to specialize in one area.

PASSING THE BATON. For teens teens who are experienced at YI and want to help teach the New Class.
